Merchant Gate Limited is an Export based Company. Our aim is to increase the Export. We are becoming the biggest jute products exporter in Bangladesh and we have plans to set up a manufacturing unit for the Jute item.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead the team of Trading.
• Lead the team of executives tasked to formulate business strategy & policies.
• Introduce and implement processes and standards.
• Find ways for customer retention & comply with local and international laws.
• Maintain and manage a good relationship with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor expenses and budgeting and find out ways to optimize costs.
• Generate operational and performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Requirements

• Master’s degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Administration, Management, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Group of company, Trading Company.

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 40 years
• Should have sound knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law (BLL-2006, 2013 & 2018)
